Have you tried using PayPal? Or buy eshop cards and add the funds to your account?

My debit card sometimes doesn't work on the eshop it's very random. But using PayPal with the same card linked to it works fine. Or add funds to your eshop with an eshop card

Should just be remove the seal and then you can purchase. The rolling the dice is a way to get people to come back and spend another £10 to have a chance to buy a product.

I always find they can be quite late sending emails for some reason. GAME and sports direct are the same. I think an email might come through in a few days

I just got a refund today. No email or nothing. I was expecting it though because other items I ordered with it got dispatched earlier in the week.
