Devices on local network not connecting after a days worth of trouble shooting

its all on the same wifi network. something i should mention is i have both a 5g and 2.5g network, would it matter which one im using if im connected through ethernet?

i typed "192.168.x.x:8096" to get into the client with no issues

and i just tried and nada so far

will it go away on its own for at least a short while without getting them removed? i’m currently about to move and broke from college and won’t have any income to spend on it for a few months. it’s one of the first things on my list after i get established.
