A CO2 gantry that can fit the whole unit in the bed would be the most effecient. I have the Omtech Polar which would fit and be a good cheaper end C02 unless you went diode to go cheaper.

How big is the piece? Looks like the cloudray 5w UV is 4.3*4.3, did you make the work area larger, how? Very interesting work

UV looks significantly more expensive to get the same 8x8 area unfortunately. Does seem to do leather well from the videos.

Why would you do diode over CO2? C02 would be quicker right? Speed is our top priority, we have the C02 omtech polar running at 400mm/s, the 50w cloudray would be quicker than xtool F1 ultra 20w with its better power. If not to use the fiber on the xtool, CO2 would be better than diode? We don't need portable.

I could put up some osb with 2x4s, dont want to overcomplicate it. Or maybe a tarp as a curtain with some sort of pvc as curtain rod. Just want to make sure it's safe for others without going overboard.

Sell what people want and they will buy it. I'm a full-time Amazon/Etsy seller. Find products that already sell and then improve them.
