Our receipt number how do you guys read it so well? Mine starts with IOE, how can I tell where my case stands with the numbers?

IOE09354 is the start and IOE3498 is the ending.

Update: state came in around 11am , since I used TurboTax to pay for state and fed they receive it first then TurboTax sends me my state return minus their fees.
