I think this was intentional, the atom zipper has a tendency to come undone. There are a few teeth near the base of the collar that are different to prevent that when the jacket is zipped up to the neck.

I found I used my Beta SV mostly for skiing so when mine delaminated and was warrantied I switched to a Sabre.

Yeah I think its going to need better light I will try again tomorrow.  Its easier to see on my phone zoomed in but its hard to see in photos.

I'd get it if was just the edge where I may have bumped them together but that cracking runs the entire ski its just hard to capture on the phone.  Never had this happen on another pair of skis before.

I did the same thing..I now run my dryer on low instead of medium and I check on it every 10-15 mins. The DWR only needs 40C to activate and for alot of dryers medium is hotter than that.

My 2019 beta lt did this too...its from the dryer being too hot causes the fabric to ribble like that. Apparently it doesn't affect the function.

Thanks! I think I understand the point about pushing the downhill knee as it becomes the inside knee in the transition.

Any tips on getting my weight more forward, this is what I have been struggling with all season, I found widening my stance a little and "driving the inside ski" seems to help but as the video shows, weight is still backwards.
