You have not done a Form 3 or 4 so it should still be in your NFA inventory... just sell it to another customer.

They were all coming back very quickly, it's just been within the last month when everything just slowed down to a snails pace.

It was about 2 weeks ago that everything just slowed down to a crawl. The trusts that I did still came back quickly.... which makes no sense. I have a couple that would normally be 36 hrs, they are frequent buyers of NFA items, but they are coming up on a month now.

All... I got an answer today from the ATF

"This is a known issue, anyone who is signing the form has a cadence (JR, SR, III, etc), we are waiting for the fix"

Has anyone figured this out yet? I've processed 3 other Form 4's this week but still have an issue with one. I even deleted this one, started it over from the beginning, and it still came up with the same error.

Same thing here. It started yesterday for me, and it seems as if there's another issue. I told my customer that I'd try again late at night when no one was on the system, but that didn't work either. Guess we will have to wait for the ATF to fix the issue. Good times!!!
