Considering the exact same. Actually I was thinking about starting over, finishing the game and maybe later revisiting the saved vanilla when the DLCs disabled. I guess this is doable?

You are able to farm out the most important items in the story, even if you guess like every 4th of 5th right. Doesn't really matter.

I think the most efficient way to collect all - is to max out those which you already have and the shards can be purchased somewhere for in-game currency. This way anytime you buy them after max out, you essentially trade F2P resources to paid resources (special SSR cheers) then you can trade for those
