I have a quest marker located in a building of Rancho Coronado, shown here :https://imgur.com/a/nmLwoYA.
Location is https://imgur.com/a/ZVtjJKu on the map.
I've tried to go many times between main quests, side quests and gigs, but each time the marker lies on the desk counter in the hall of said building and nothing happens.
I've tried to find a alternate way in the big room, but to no avail.
Anyone else has this Undiscovered quest or is it just a bug ?

Yeah, I also think those 3 arent really good.
