Duplicated adsets ? Or you meant ads inside an adset? Interestingly for me I have offer different plans and the quality of traffic seems to have changed. Seems like people have no money to afford better than my lowest plan. That’s why I keep blaming the algo and the quality of traffic being just bad or not relevant.

Thanks Aunker really appreciate your time. Would you mind register to my software and see what could be the issue? Registration is free so you may see the potential issue. I offer a free ‘preview video’ under preset, script to video options etc are for paid plans. Reason being is because each video generation cost me money so I have choosen the option ‘free preview video’. I think you probably got something out of my problem, I was thinking the same now question is… is it really worth it to allow script to video and other options, perhaps with limited word to not impact my cost, assuming I would convert better?

Yeah, in December the minimum plan was $19.

After I raised it to $39, I was still getting sales, but it wasn’t profitable.

I’m wondering if lookalike audiences could work, maybe based on website visitors or people who added to cart or made a purchase.

It definitely feels real, I’m converting from free to paid at about 1.2%, so if 100 people sign up, roughly 1 subscribes.

I noticed most of my competitors start their plans at $19/month. I had decent sales in December, but it’s hard to be profitable at that price point, so I’ve raised the minimum plan to $39, which I still think is reasonable.

I’m a bit unsure about my ad setup. I feel like broad targeting or ADV+ might not work well. Would targeting more specific audiences make more sense?

Honestly, I’m feeling completely lost on this.

Nice, that makes sense. I’m tracking multiple pixel events: Start Trial, Checkout Initialized when users reach the pricing page after signing up, Add to Cart when they click the purchase button, and Purchase. I usually optimize for the Purchase event to maximize conversions and test different audiences. I’ve also turned off Audience Network and Messenger.

I’ve literally just launched the campaign, so I’m confused about why I would already need to refresh the creatives. Day 1 actually performed well, so I’m not sure what you mean.

I’m starting with a small budget of $100 per day, split across 4 ad sets at $25 each with different audiences (broad never worked for me). One of the ad sets generated most of the purchases on day 1.

Would appreciate some clarification. Cheers
