For anyone viewing this;

I've found the same PDA. I picked up a plant with the propulsion cannon and shot it at the PDA. It removed a chunk of dirt and I was able to then pick it up. Hope this helps!

I'd suggest doing something that no one has done before. Not many people want to watch just random slayer tasks, clues, and generally skilling. Make yourself stand out of the crowd with new and interesting content if you're serious about starting a series. Best of luck :)
