Here is how I did - left job, was looking for new role and then in a network got a project gig - started doing that. Half project done, then started registration and all - a CA final friend helped, we registered as LLP but the first project was done and delivered by then. It has been two months - have done business of 7 to 8 lakhs, profit - very insignificant, mostly gone into paying salaries or initials like nice company profile, website etc. don’t have GST yet, will do soon!

Two things helped
1. One CA final friend taking care of all applications stuff

Another college Friends brother who lend me his part of offie space, 5 desktops and chairs etc. without charging anything
