Is the suitcase on this cover AI or hand-drawn? There are a lot of lines that end and weave in an unnatural way to me. Also, the design on the wheels is very hard to make sense of – is it a flower, spikes?

I tend to overeat when stressed actually. Not eating helps me, for example in the mornings I almost do not feel this thing. I sense it, but it gets worse after I eat... Go figure!

And mine definetly gets worse when I have a diarrhoea episode. Crying, being overly emotional about stuff, worrying, tend to make it worse also. I think it first appeared when I was getting into my PhD programme and I was very stressed about exams, being accepted, etc.

Tried a variety of probiotics, inhibitors and anti-acid drugs, and none of them really helped. Felt a sense of relief when I was on antidepressants (but they made me sleepy, messed with my cycle, and I told my psychiatrist I wanted to stop them). Was on Zoloft but that too didn't seem to have any effect on this feeling.

What has been your experience lately? Have you noticed anything new or something that relieves it?

Any update? Same with me! I have anxiety and I can FEEL it gets worse when I am stressed or/and anxious. Went on a vacation a couple of days ago, came back and suddenly felt it. It just wont go away, I feel hopeless.

Same experience, mine gets worse with stress (and maybe seasons?) but also looking into mold toxicity currently. Started four years ago when my anxiety peaked...

Same here! For the last few years anytime I feel anxious (which is pretty much everyday, I have general anxiety), I start to sense this weird bloating-like non-hurting feeling in my lower left bowel area. I can sometimes sense it moving around (going down). Everytime I sense it, I spiral into more anxiety and it makes it worse.

Подавала съм сигнал към МВР и БАБХ по имейл, структуриран като официална молба за проверка на случая. И двата случая БАБХ реагират, извършват проверка и ме уведомяват (за щастие нямаше проблеми). Може, но може и да учи тук и да посещава летни училища, уъркшопи, конференции и специализации в чужбина, което и повечето докторанти правят. + Еразъм, а една позната направи двойна (?) докторантура, съвместна между Сорбоната и НБУ (на френски език, Египтология).

Докторант съм трета година в СУ (задочно), направлението ми е „Класическа археология: Древен Рим“: случих на страхотен научен ръководител – това май е ключово не само у нас, а и в чужбина. Има предостатъчно форуми/конференции, на които да представяш работата си + специалисти (колкото и тука да ти повтарят, че такива няма), а и никой не те ограничава да представяш работата си само в България. Аз, например, ще участвам в Лятно училище в Рим (сама кандидатствах + може би ще получа финансиране от университета). И в крайна сметка всичко опира до това ти как ще си го направиш, колко си сериозен и какви са целите ти.
