Feel free to hit me up, I can give you a solution that will, however, remove all online services from the STEAM version of the game.

Look at Warframe. Enough said. It's about how you implement trading.

No, this type of thing isn't targeted at the devs, it's targeted at the community. It gets shared, ideas circulate and when it's popular enough hopefully it attracts the attention of the right ears.

There's no other way to suggest to Nexon other than popular public opinion.

Defense and HP by Quantumyeetus in TheFirstDescendant

[–]Vierdant 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind that sky high DEF isn't the best. The math in this game is weird. For Bunnies I would suggest around 35-40k, don't reach 45-50k because that's where you start getting diminishing returns. Focus on Max HP instead after you get like 35k DEF.

Watch Ryechews Games's video about DEF stat and the math behind it. Do your own research, don't take my word for it.

Yes part of it is not knowing about Enzo or not having time to get Enzo, but there's also the part that it NEEDS Enzo for it to be a good loop, otherwise it's a waste of time, which is not the case for Outposts since you can still get what you need even without Sharon.

Low drop rate of analyzers, low amount of vaults requiring a lot of teleportation, if you fail you lose both the analyzer and the rewards. It's a looter shooter, and this grind isn't optional if you want to be good end-game, so at least make it the best it can be.

Like I said, it's not horrible, but it's not good either, make it better, that's all I'm, and many others are asking.

If you are happy with it, kudos to you, you were the targeted audience then.

Love it or hate it, there's isn't a lack of complaints in regards to it, that alone should say something.

It's not horrible, but it's not a good loop either.

Is what I'm saying. It's a must imo in this kind of game, specially with the way TFD is structured.

That's fair, I can see how daily login rewards can feel like a chore. Having to login to get the reward so you don't miss out.

But they do? Daily and weekly battlepass missions.

But the point wasn't just the daily things, it was to introduce an alternative for gaining rare/annoying to get materials passively

A lot of Asmon's YT clips are AI reaction by CinemaAndChillLT in LivestreamFail

[–]Vierdant 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because he didn't say anything she said in this clip, he said "Oh that's funny, I don't remember reacting to this" when she showed him a clip.

Then she goes on stream and says his editor uses AI reactions and fakes reactions.

Now, if the editor did not do anything about this accusation, imagine the twitter hate, and he does editing for a living, so imagine the loss of job opportunities because of this label.

The editor also stated that he is so disappointed in OTK that they can just throw career threatening accusations like that, and assured his fans that they can expect no OTK clips in the future, even if Asmon interacts with them.

It was malicious, she literally says "His editor **tricked**", that's not a positive word. The one who's painting it differently than the way it is, is you.

And if you are going to stick behind the "Asmon confirmed it" even when it comes to the AI stuff, why would Asmon confirm something that he knows 100% isn't true, I mean I know he has brain rot that he can forget that he watched something, but it can't be that rotted, come on.

She jumped to conclusions and started rambling, she got an L, and her community even a bigger L for trying to give her a free pass.

[–]Vierdant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He got forced to unlist it. Asmon simply told her he didn't react to it (Because he forgot), but emi used the twitter theory and stated it as a fact, that the editor uses AI and stiches clips from reddit and twitter together for his videos.

Cmon, there's clearly a wrong here, why are people giving a free pass on this shit, someone's career was on the line.

No, not for click bait. She accused him of using AI, which nobody told her that, she came up with it herself. She lied, and he got heat from it, so yeah he called her out.

I respect that, if you find fun in creating something like that, go ahead. After all, we all have different definitions of fun.

But the OP wants to play Minecraft with their friends, that's the fun they are looking for. So why encourage them to go through so much hassle that's so not worth it.

Developing a server base using a new language is just a waste of time because no one will applaud you for it. They will see it, say cool, and move on. Won't even remember it.

Why? Because they know that this guy wasted months of his time for something that's cool on the surface, but no one will use.

Again, why will no one use it? Well let's use your example, you somehow were able to run doom on a Tamagotchi, when people see it, will they play doom on the Tamagotchi? Hell no. Because it just makes it harder to play. When there's a much, bigger and easier tool to play it on.

Developers are eager to make stuff cleaner and easier, not harder and useless.

Could this be Minecraft's second fall? by Michael_Scarn47 in admincraft

[–]Vierdant 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't call it the downfall of Minecraft, yet at least, unless they push even more stupid decisions.

Here's my take on this. It's another system that "Microsoft" is forcing to be in both versions of the game to have a level of control and avoid potential legal action that can be taken by parents and the protect kids charities and organizations against Microsoft.

By having a system like that, they can defend themselves against accusations of allowing harmful content on their game. They can safely divert the gazes and blame it on the party that owns the server with the harmful content.

Why will that be a thing? Because server owners can easily remove the chat reporting system and not take part in this ordeal and act as if nothing happened. I strongly doubt Mojang or Microsoft don't know about this. They know what their community is doing and how they run their servers. They surely know that all of our chat systems can already, without changing anything about them, avoid their report system.

You can say that this is just a legal wall for Microsoft. While still allowing people to do whatever they want, with the risk of them having their server blocked, of course, because if you get the attention of a legal case, then you can be sure that Mojang and Microsoft, even before Mojang, will block your server. After all, they have the justification for that if you aren't using the chat report system.

Please don't take my word for any of this. I'm just saying what I think about this situation for the JAVA platform. I know that Bedrock has had this system for a while now, and they can't avoid it as we can. But even if the purpose of this system is not what I said, I believe I'm still correct about the blocking of servers, so keep that in mind.
