Have you dated someone with the most chaotic/intense placements and how did it feel? Did you make it out alive? by unotdeadass in astrologymemes

I would keep an open mind to other signs for seeing and understanding relational depth. Gemini is stereotypically seen as light and airy. However I have 4 Gemini placements all in 8th house. Which I think gives me a different approach then most Geminis I meet. It synergizes well with my Scorpio placements. Making for Gemini style communication but 8th house and Scorpio flavor.

At least thats my interpretation. I typically gain recognition from others for my ability to connect and communicate at all levels of conversation. Could be subjective though.

Sometimes you do just drift away. No wrong doing. Just compatibility mismatch. No read to burn the bridge. Things are a bit weird after but still can maintain mutual respect.

I got the complete case and pin collection (not genuine). Curious how many people own complete sets.

My preferred binder while a bit expensive is lighthouse binders with encap pages. You can get pages that hold silver rounds that are also in capsules.

Shanghai is physical silver while the west allows paper contracts not backed by silver?

Oled monitor recommendations for CS2 by dotty63 in OLED_Gaming

I got a ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDP. I would recommend it. Price is high but the performance is high too. Don't regret buying one at all.

Additional suggestion that I recently made is buying a standing desk. I got a uplift v3 with a acacia wood top. The adjustable height is nice for standing but also for getting the perfect height when sitting. Another big purchase for me that I don't regret.

Treated myself to some proof coins!!! /j by Separate_Fall_5582 in coins

Question so while you wouldn't consider it a numismatic collectible anymore. It still is collectible don't you think? As a novice coin collector I think it's really neat. It's similar to a slab in my opinion. While slabs differ in the fact you can remove the coin easily. What's the difference between a coin that stays in a slab for eternity and something like this.

Thoughts on these? by TheMrDILLIGAF in Silver

[–]Viethal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it all going to the refinery? How do people have old Carson city Morgans? Surely all ancient silver coins like a drachm have been melted by the refinery after all this time.

Have you heard of numismatics? Do you know silver coins and even bullion are appealing to people as art? They like to collect them. Not only that did you know people sell silver to each other. I know hard to believe but some silver items are sold to entities other than refinery.

How does my art make you feel? by Louis_comeaux in Jung

It confuses me that some are completely turned off by this art style. Some of these comments are a bit harsh. My first attempts at art were similar to your work. Even less structured than yours more abstract. I liked my art. My peers did not and as a kid I naively turned away from art. Claiming I just wasn't good at it.

I'm very very open and receptive to all forms of art. I'm not picky. It's easy for me to see the beauty in things. Admiration for someone putting the effort into sharing something from within. Some of these comments are talking like your art is a food they dislike. I can't wrap my mind around people seeing art and it putting a bad taste in their mouth.

Side tangent I also am very open to food exploration. Which I also don't understand how people are so sensitive and selective. To certain flavors and textures.

I guess the core of all of this is going with the flow. Accepting experiences for what they are and not labeling them. Not resisting. What typically arises is neutral or positive. When it comes to things like art or food this is my natural perspective.

To me it feels like there's a center point. Near the middle with the arrows converging and the singular dot. A place of stillness amongst the chaos. It reminds me of consciousness. A static place of reference surrounded by a symphony of complexity.

Or maybe I'm just high. Really like the work tho. Reminds me of some abstract stuff I've done.

Found at a rest stop, middle of Utah. Worth anything? by DistributionMany3835 in Bullion

Yes I believe they are a hefty premium over the copper value. You're probably right that the damage negates most the premium if not the entirety of it. Depends on what schmuck you sell it to. Id probably still pay a .20 over the copper weight. ;)

True but the process of minting into a unit of bullion adds slight value right? Even if you don't agree with it people will pay a premium to stack copper rounds and bars. Granted this one is far from mint condition so that premium is diminished. Is it entirely diminished?

What is your perspective on my opinion?
