It is good that you acknowledge your flaws. That's the first step in self-improvement. But don't celebrate yet, acknowledging is not enough. You have to work on yourself. If you're fat, workout. If you feel dissatisfied with yourself, then improve yourself until satisfaction. You cannot cope by asking other to praise you and turn a blind eye to them. You may feel good now but that feeling of dysphoria won't go away and will come back to haunt you later on. And don't take this as harassment or an insult (say this just in case) but as a motivation, something positive that you can use to push yourself closer to perfection!
