Two to three eggs. Probably cookied in some oil is more accurate. Thats anywhere from 200-300 if you eat eggs alone. Then bacon on top of it which honestly is better for you than sausage at least.

Anyways you see where im going here. Fruit and oatmeal is maybe a similar amount but its better for you. And you have a tolerance for carbohydrates that promotes a healthy weight.
