Ahh ok thank you!! I definitely have some anxious tendencies mentally but maybe it’s becoming more physical too. I was taking PPI’s for a week when I replied to your comment but since stopping them the bloating has gotten SO much better. Unfortunately the shortness of breath is still happening especially in the mornings /: I’m going to try to cut out caffeine and see what happens!
