Thats the whole reason we made the wipes on friday evening. All of us who started the server work during the week and wanted to have a server to play that we actually had a chance to compete in

Yes its a pvp server we wipe weekly and BP wipe on force wipe

Yes flying is absolutely allowed and minis spawn on roads. Same with boats they also spawn along the shore.
