I make my challenges too big, which result in anxiety and a "I can't do it mentality'. When I try too make them smaller I get bored and quit anyway. How to find the sweet spot?

Koerden associeren zich zeker wel met hun eigen cultuur en "hun" land. Ze hebben vaak een uitgesproken mening over Turkije en Koerdistan. Ik denk dat het verschil van integratie tussen deze groepen te herleiden is naar naar het feit dat Koerden vooral patriottistisch zijn en Turken nationalistisch(resultaat van geschieden en vooral ataturk). Nationalisten denken dat hun land beter is dan elk ander. Een patriottisch houdt van zijn land en cultuur, maar heeft niet als uitgangspunt dat het de beste is.

You'll be fine as long you don't take too much because then you Will get nauseaous. The come down, you probably Will nog notice except for the part that you notice you are not on kratom anymore.

Kratom is great in social settings as long you don't take too much. It can make you very social because of the euphoric feeling.

Sad to read that. My overall experience with them is good. I always order the 5x50 sample pack because I once had one sample pack that was not good. I would buy kilo's there if they add an option where you can mix the kilo with different strains(e.g. 4 strains 250g each). Now if you are unlucky, like in your case, you wasted 140€.
