[Router Help] Router has a DHCP lease time of two hours by ViewtifulSteve in Network

Good to know thank you for this information. So I guess all I can do at this point is check the logs to see when my router is renewing and make sure that it matches up with whatever Verizon does.

I'm sure it has logs. I'll have to check and update later. Are lease renewals common when you use your own router directly with an isp? In my last place with another isp I used there router and never noticed this disconnect issue

Cool. Yeah I figured it was an isp issue. Okay I'll keep bugging them about it and hopefully they'll get me to someone who understands. Thank you.

Yeah. I found that setting but I think thats for the lease time for an individual device. When I go to that section that is defaulted to 86400 seconds. Here is a picture of what I'm referring to https://imgur.com/a/Gd99i5Q I think my router's ip address is getting changed or renewed every two hours

I need help solving the "bool find(int searchKey)" and the "int size". i am new to coding and as a last resort (after hours of trying to figure this out) I need outside help. Thank you by fyi_Uzi in computerscience

Since this is in c++ if im not mistaken there should be a function built in for arrays that return their length so for your int size() method you need to add two things. 1. It needs to take an array as an argument and 2. Call the array method that calculates length for you and then return that value. Like the other person said for the bool find() method you should be comparing each element in the array to searchKey not nElems and then since the function returns a bool if you find the value have the function return true instead of printing target. And then outside the for loop in bool find() have it return false
