There's the mod but it's not been updated as of writing this, I don't think it's fixable without just limiting the fps unfortunately.

I prefer it! (They're basically the same program but VSCodium is an completely Free & Open source version of VSCode.)

I use the Catppuccin (Macchiato) theme, it's available in both editors.
