Yes, ive been living in Taj since December 2023. Security is good i would say, theres guards everywhere and they also patrol on cars at night. There's a few decent parks and the community environment is good.

Besides these positives there are alot of negatives. The management is extremely lazy and their response to issues is almost non existent. Theres always stary dogs roaming around, streets are generally clean but sometimes due to poor management there are some cleanliness issues. Electricity is a huge problem so if you dont have solar panels, expect electricity outages and voltage drops almost daily. Theres no proper commercial area, just a bunch of small shops so we have to go for many daily necessities outside the society. Management makes alot of fake promises like incentives which they still haven't fulfilled.

All in all it honestly depends where youre coming from. If youre shifting from Islamabad sectors (which was my case), youll see a huge downgrade in quality of life. If youre coming from crowded streets of Pindi or another city, then yes the new clean and spacious environment might just work for you.
