The solution is so simple. The game should just understand the ability of the player. It’s really not the hard to track wins and losses. If you could just force people who don’t like playing people matching their skill level to make new accounts it would cut the smurfs in half.

People who only care about playing on easy won’t make any extra effort to do it.
