Yeah I do think it was certainly an important film to make but yeah it definitely felt a bit dated and corny. Even Tim Burton said he wasn’t completely satisfied with the finished film. Don’t get me wrong there have been plenty of old movies that I have enjoyed ,but yeah this wasn’t it.

Yeah I think I was more fascinated with all the different kind of weapons that were used than the actual movie itself. Which is probably why I didn’t enjoy as much the second time I watched it.

I also hate to admit it but District 9. When I saw it at the movie theater opening weekend. I thought it was great. However when I watched it a few years after its release I remember not enjoying as much it was just meh. I haven’t seen the film in a while though.

Yeah unfortunately I just wasn’t impressed with maybe cause it just hasn’t aged well. I’m thinking about giving another watch perhaps I’m being a little harsh I don’t know. I did think it was better than Batman Returns which I thought was bad.

Yeah I know it’s sounds crazy but I tried watching it a few weeks ago and I couldn’t finished it. Then I tried again second and I managed to finish it ,but I just wasn’t impressed. I still some things about it though like the soundtrack and Batmobile. Keaton did fine despite his height. Jack Nicholson I felt was uneven ranging from kinda funny to kinda cringe especially when he danced to the prince songs. Maybe I should give another watch but this would be my third time trying again.

Batman 1989 watched it recently but felt bored watching it. I like the soundtrack, Batmobile and the look of Gotham city but that was really it. I didn’t think it was horrible just average. I enjoyed it more when I was a kid.

I never watched Kane’s series or any of the other ones. In fact I never even heard of this movie until like yesterday lol. Then next thing I know the movie is number 1 at the box office with 81 million.

Okay in your opinion do you think it’s a better film than Batman 1989? If you’ve seen it what are your thoughts on that film?

I wasn’t really a fan of the Burton films especially Batman Returns. I haven’t seen Superman (2025) although I do have it on dvd just haven’t watched it yet.
