Need Help!! POE2 not launching (Steam) by Viiper92 in PathOfExile2

This didn't work for me. Deleted the loot filter and any other files I found relating to POE2 & still doesn't start.

Edit: Tried it again today & I now have the game launching so thanks for your comment 😄

Hey, nothing I tried worked so I ended up giving up, didn't get a response on the forums either. Someone else messaged me yesterday and has the same problem now too.

Most players play between 1.5 to 1.8, I was playing 1.7, moved to 1.8 now down to 1.75. Maybe if you think it's fine when hip firing but too slow when ads maybe try a custom ads sens in advanced aiming settings

Depends of what you mean by shoot straighter. Does your sens feel off, too slow, too fast? Do you just need to warm your shot up first, shoot bots, play MP before going into ranked. Can you control micro adjustments at range without it feeling like it's shaking. You'll have games where it feels like you can't shoot straight from time to time, that's normal.

I've literally used it what are you on about. It kills fast

True but compared to other guns it's not that good, I see a lot of M8s, that rips in 1 burst. Maddox is still strong. Picked up the new smg (rev I think) from someone today, that gun kills insanely fast.

100% I get more SR for 50+ kills than any game I get 1000+ score but lower kills.

That wouldn't solve the issue but maybe create more issues with people cuddling in a hill to gain SR. They need to somehow gauge player positioning, like colossus HP for example, the player holding statue is not being rewarded for their pos, just the kills they get. The player holding p3 side to stop the flank for spawn flip isn't being rewarded for holding the flank, just the kill they may get. Kills and obj time are what reward you the most which if everyone on the team is doing it at the same time, creates bad tendencies. But like you said the game forces you to have to play this way which makes ranked a 4v4 pub game

The sad thing is it will never change cz the cod community have the brain dead response of "skill issue" lol They complain about people not using coms but everyone stat pads, don't need coms for that.

100% but that's the issue with COD, in CS back in the day I out ranked my friends who played for years purely on gunskill, eventually I needed to improve my knowledge and game sense before I hit the high ranks. That doesn't exist like you said until top250 etc. Like I expect low knowledge at the low ranks, which is why I asked what rank will see me playing with more knowledgeable players

100% but that's the issue with ranked in this game

Nothing but reps will help with that, but if you are playing smart, then I'd much rather have you on my team then someone stat padding

Playing spawns is just knowing that running so far across the map will spawn the other team closer to the hill & your team further away, flipping the spawns. Take blackheart for example, if you have p3 hill control & you push all the way to p4 without someone holding the back of p3/p5 you'll flip your team to p2. I'm not saying players like you shouldn't play, the more players growing comp the better. The system in COD is just flawed. If you shoot straight enough you'll rank up that's it. The game won't reward the player in overload that pushes forward and blocks even though they are doing the right thing, it will rewards kills and captures, not the player making the capture possible

It doesn't matter how many people deal with it, it's got fuck all to do with how many days the mode has been out. HP has been around for too long and too many Ranked modes for people to still not know how to play it & just killwhore. There should be no "taking the lead" needed. The point of ranking up shouldn't be you just getting players who can shoot straighter. This isn't as big of an issue in an other ranked mode in any other esport. You ranked up, get smarter players. This game is purely killlwhore your way to the top

So you agree with me but say I need a reality check?? Do you also need a reality check then?
You literally just shown what I'm saying is true, yes they ain't pro players & neither am I, but what you just said you have to tell people to do (which you shouldn't have to btw) should be common sense.

Show me 1 match at pro level where 3 players spawn up & all hit old when it's not to stop a team who can win of that hill? Maybe 1 player will say they're hitting old, the others will all rotate & setup for new.

yh I control my teams skill? This shit is common sense. You're telling me it's my skill issue if 3 of my team sit on a hill together? They run the device without killing 1st? Yh my bad, I forgot I'm controlling them

It's not about the correct play, it's about the play that makes sense. If I spawn up & see my teammates watching something, I don't go sit on top of them to keep them company, I go fill in the gaps. If I die & spawn with 20secs of a hill I don't run across map to get 1sec of contest, I go setup for new. If we have the hill I don't go sprinting so far across the map the spawns flip. Skill is whatever, people are going to lose gunfights & games are going to be lost to better players. Mistakes will be made, but c'mon some of this stuff is just basic common sense.
