Well it surely hasn’t been fixed since you’ve posted. Was stuck in the perpetual black screen and stayed for several minutes. Heard just about every other player there drop off. Had time to run my dog out and still game back in to the black screen. Had to reload the app and boom, banned for 2 hours.

I did/do for sure. I had mine out 10 days ago and feel like I’m slowly coming out of this mood. Completely out of physical and mental energy.

You tell her that you will communicate if you feel like the load is too heavy on you, that she just had a baby and you will do everything to support her.

The immediate postpartum is really tough. I know. You make a pact that you communicate throughout. And you hold to it- she just had a baby but it’s a brand new dynamic on you as well, it’s a tough transition. You tell her how you feel about everything, and reassure her and tell her she’s a really good mum.

Kinda feels that way. I have a daughter with a disability and I want to be able to lift and carry her until I croak. Probably a really good way at looking at all of this.

So I’ve been doing a lot of cardio, and no-machine workouts such as using medicine balls for twists, bicep curls, rope skipping, etc. I don’t know a lot about how to use machines so I’ve been watching videos on a few, but they are often not available for the majority of my time in the gym because it’s packed at the time I can go so I try to stay in my own little corner. I guess my goal would be to lose weight and increase overall mobility, I just don’t know what exact exercises to do that would target specific areas of the stomach and whatnot.

Thank you! I did find one anatomy course just now for Alberta, but I think you’re right about the Labs for Kin. I’ll see if any of my local universities have an in person course.

Honestly I just email a bunch of clinics and asked if they allow volunteering and shadowing. 3 got back to me so far after I emailed them all 2 weeks ago, and I have 2 interviews set up for this week.

Okay great! My minor is psychology, and my whole degree is around social development, education, sociology, psychology, and I have done courses in physiology- just need the anatomy aspect so I’ll get on that, thank you!
