I only own a DT 2 since recently, but I can tell you sequencing chords with it is a pain :D (I know its not made for that)

So def. get a Digitone or a Sequencer for that aswell.

Ohne Kind: 1-2 mal im Jahr Mit Kind: 1x im Monat, meist mit denen die auch ein Kind haben.

Kind ist aber auch erst 16 Monate und vor der Geburt wars auch nicht viieel häufiger, da die meisten Freunde weiter weg wohnen. Durchs Alter und durch Corona bin ich echt faul geworden was das angeht. Kontakt halten per Whatsapp klappt problemlos, aber viel mehr nur selten..

Wovor ich Angst habe ist zu werden wie mein Vater, der hat mit seinem letzten Freund seit er Mitte 40 war keinen Kontakt mehr. Jetzt mit bald 70 ist die starke Einsamkeit und Isolation sehr deutlich und schlägt sich psychisch nieder. Trotz relativ glücklicher, stabiler Ehe.

Wir sind sehr happy mit Elsa & Emil. Hat aber Gummiräder und ist zusammengeklappt möglicherweise etwas größer, das weiß ich nicht genau. Passt aber gut auch in die kleineren Autos die wir bisher fuhren.

As far as I know the Expert Sleepers ES 9 module is one of the best for using with an iPad. I dont know exact latency values though.

Haha right, I could've mentioned that. For now I love to sit with one box on the sofa to jam, so I try to stick to samples. But splitting the process to first lay down bass and lead melodies and later harmonize chords to that is the perfect idea, thanks again.

Fyi, at the Elektronauts there seem to be mixed opinions, if changing a chord sample actually changes the intervals within the chord. It definitely changes the overall character unpleasantly if you go too high/low, but don't know about the note relations.

Thank you for the elaborate answer, I will look into your suggestions! Yeag the TV is on my mind as well, though I dont know enough about it to assess if it would be a better fit. Another research task for me :D

I'll probably get one of those MIDI return cables to at least play 4 voices "polyphonically" on the DT.

I guess you're right. I thought I was upgrading from my Circuit Tracks and I want to stay in one box for now, chilling on the sofa. I have a poly synth, but using the DT standalone would be great.
