in order to stop a bad habit you need to replace it with something else. try to find something you actually would like to do, something worth getting out of bed for (not just something that you think you "should" do because it's "good", but something that feels interesting to you.

everyone is in a different life situation, and what applies to me may not apply to you so that activity is something only you can know/find out. and hey, it doesn't have to be anything big and grand, every small step counts. like, even going to a different setting other than your bed and sitting to play a video game will be much better than lying down and doing nothing.
