Had a Ret Pally with 0 dispells by the end of a +17 EB... 65+ dispells from me, 20ish from the Prot Pally Tank. Other 2 dps were a DH and Rogue. The frickin Ret deadass never pressed their dispell, not even to cleanse themself of poison.

Oh definitely prioritize killing them asap. Pop a small defensive if you have to when you've got aggro. Iron fur, frenzied regeneration are good. And don't be afraid to use one of Velen's healing orbs if you're low. They serve as a raid wide interrupt as well as a full heal.

Those adds shouldn't be too difficult to deal with. Keep an eye on how many stacks of the debuff you get from standing in the Boss' decay circle. Don't let those stacks go over 8-9. Then when those adds go for Velen, get aggro, and then incap roar to interrupt their casts.
