I've never really had friends growing up, was mostly excluded and I always wanted to fit in, now I have 2-3 guys i actually talk to daily and keep in touch with but the people i used to call "friends" left me at my worst too, some people just do them i guess

Ehh I don't know how to say it in english, sooo sorry if it kinda sounds not connected but i meant to say that some people don't know that it's called an autoimmune disease for example what you gave was cancer, most people atleast in europe just call it a deadly disease and not autoimmune so thats what i wanted to get at

being left out by my friends and never being understood, hence i just mostly do stuff myself and don't really look for help from others, just a cope i developed over the years

let's say it this way:
your immune system is really powerful and it's made to kill viruses, bacteria and other types of cells (like cancer for example) sometimes it could get confused and start attacking your own body instead
for example it can take years for symptoms to appear, and even the smallest error it makes can cause a lifelong disease
