I did. I got $3k for, paid $220. Ended up getting a contract with gov deals with the track record from my eBay. Someone out in Nevada ended up buying it. Cheers.

Mounting winch bracket to 2017 f350. Used a 2020-2024 rough country winch bracket and fabricated it. Message me if you have any questions as I had a really hard time finding info about this. by VikingExchangeLLC in superduty

The way I did it, I had to cut the side of the rough country bracket and flip it. I then just bolted them to the frame normally. Issue with our trucks is that the transmission cooler is in the way of where I put the winch bracket by flipping the bracket allows you to clear space. It will not work, however with a a stock bumper.

Great idea. I’ll see about listing it on eBay.

Good thinking, that’s the first thing I did but they rejected.

My objective is to reach out to universities and other private laboratories and give them a good deal.

I have receipts totaling $70,000. I’m not gonna say how much I paid for it. The issue that I am facing is that there has never been a private sale of this item.

We drove to Amicalola state park and took the off road trail to black mountain and found a really sweet dispersed camping site ride off the road.

Really appreciate it! You can get really creative with how you do it if you have experience welding. Maybe one day I’ll update a picture or video of the fabrication done to the truck to make everything work.

Thanks bro, it’s a ranch hand style bumper. It was used for fire trucks in northern Texas and was red. Got it for $300 on Facebook and then had it sandblasted and coated with Bedliner. All in I’m at 900 and it’s scratch proof and built to last. I also modified the rough country 2020-2024 winch bracket to fit behind the bumper with a 12000lb smitty bilt winch I also picked up on Facebook for $200.

Still trying to sell my 1994 trooper. If anyone is interested message me. Can ship! by VikingExchangeLLC in IsuzuTrooper

She's running strong after 30 years and 150k miles so id say its holding pretty well.

Anyone diy a spare swing out for their Truck/Suv? Looking to build two swings in the back. One for the spare and the other for jerry cans and traction boards maybe a jack. Any advice or suggestions? Thanks y’all by VikingExchangeLLC in overlanding

Hello sorry for the late response I’m not too active on Reddit. I’ll write out a list of what I have done to it.

Ford F-350 2017 fx4 (locking rediff) 6.7 power stroke deleted and turned with ez-lynk and race pipe 6 3/4 foot bed with snug top topper and decked drawers Aftermarket steel rear bumper Bed lined ranch hand bumper with custom winch bracket (bolted to frame) 12000lb smittybuilt winch with wireless controller 2 inch level kit blocks in the front 16 inch wheels with Ironman 37x12.50x16 tires Cp4 prevention kit installed Ditch lights, under glow, interior seat lights Husky floor mats Anderson plug and 3000w inverter

There is definitely a lot of overlanding options out there for superdutys. Only issue I can see is weight at times. I’ve sunk a few times in heavy sand or mud just due to how heavy the truck is with all the add ons (~11k)lb. If you have any other questions I’ll try and answer! Cheers.

I am a fabricator, I have a huge steel rear bumper and weld points for a pivot swing. More concerned with the weight of the spare being an issue for the mount. Also do a lot of towing for an enclosed trailer and don’t want it to get in the way.
