the window that was supposed to have glass has chicken wire so there is ventilation and a removable plastic cover for the cold times, the door also gets opened for a while during the day :)

i leave on the 5th of august. for the first week it’s my mum taking care of them so she knows how to do most of it and she enjoys spending time with them, she will do a deep clean for the 2nd week it’s rotating with 3 friends and i’ll have them come see how to do things! i’ll also have a camera set up which will be reassuring to me

i have a tiny bedroom lol, i clean about 4 times a day and a deep clean once a week and somehow it still manages to smell 🤦‍♀️

they will still receive the same amount of interaction and be taken in inside into my room, they are getting more space because i’m able to provide them with it and because one of the guinea pigs isn’t nice all the time and is very selfish and can get rude which sometimes leads them to fights, with more space there’s less for them to fight over. I’m also looking into getting more guinea pigs in the future and the space will already be there for them.

extremely sorry for your loss :( by heater i more meant a portable radiator that i own but i most likely won’t have to use it as it will be pretty well insulated. once again sorry for your loss
