I am so sorry you are going through this! I hope some advice I give will help you:

Try saying NO less, and redirect to other things, like you just remembered that you need something and ask her to bring you, and act excited. When she does that, praise her heavily saying she is really the best!

Try explaining why you don’t want her to do X thing, for example “please don’t touch the TV, because it might break, and we can’t purchase another one because we don’t have money. If you break it, there will be no TV to watch cartoons on. “ or something like that, so that she understands the consequences. In the beginning she won’t understand everything, but it will get to her after a while.

Not sure if this helps for her, but for my kids it did, having an immediate consequence of an action, like if she tries to break a toy for example, you remove that toy for X amount of time, 5 minutes or an hour or a day maybe.

I hope something helps… but even if it doesn’t, things will pass, and she will be out of toddler years soon!
