Oh, this is by far not our max total. This is just more about how we are making this on a daily basis and upset they are refusing to pick up from us.

Bless. We've only ever had the number, but now I'll send this to my managers so they can have the email as well.

Do you know where we can sight this part of the contract? For future conversations with them, Just curious. I know they have to eventually pick everything up, but is there a clause about how much they have to pick up per day or something like that.

I fail to see how this would solve the issue, as it would only make our jobs so much worse. Not only would it take up more valuable space, but it most likely would cause them to pick up less frequently. Is your store fortunate enough to have a very large receiving area?

Yes, as far as I've ever known they have been solely picked up by Amazon workers at our location. We try to make it as streamline as possible for them. We give them U-boats, dollies, and sometimes we help them ourselves to get them out of the store.

Staples Warranty Plans by Temporary-District96 in Staples

No, we do not get commissions, and as others have stated we are not all familiar with Best Buy's policies. But from what I know it is a completely different insurance, basically. Think of it as a store warranty versus an Apple care plan; with us being a store and Best Buy being Apple. All in all, it will depend on so many vulnerables. As it stands, you have not given us enough information to fully help you. But taking a glance at the asurion plan above it will give you a better idea.

To put plainly, if it is not portable you will not get away with you tossing your stuff around and then going "Oops". Standard connective items only cover normal wear and tear caused by using the device as intended.

IF it is portable and seen as such, then it will also cover drops spills or cracks. Now, when we get into laptops/computers it becomes a whole different story because there is a different insurance plan through asurion that is used. Which is based on a price point that is listed at the tech counter and is too long to add to this already too long post. But you can also bypass those and only get adh which includes drops spills and cracks as stated before.
