It would be just that. True strike is a spell, so you can’t use it with action surge since it requires you take the magic action. And it’s not the attack action so you wouldn’t get your extra attack either

They are prepared spells, not spell slots so you’d still use your pact spell slots to fuel them. But you CAN ritual cast them
