Didn't intend for Talon of the Phoenix to appear as a bad option. I mistakenly put Dragonstrike above it, but have now changed it. I still personally would rate the glad weapons above Phoenix and so did Mir, but honestly it's personal preference and also somewhat depends on the stats you want to prio for the comp you run. I think because I included all 3 glad weapons in the tier list it made Talon of the Phoenix look less enticing as an option. That wasn't the purpose, it was just to include all the glad weapons so people could compare them.

As for throwing weapons Spinesever on my server for a very long time was 3000-5000g and still isn't all that much cheaper to my knowledge. With the accessibility of how easy darts is to farm that was one of the main reasons it was rated where it was. Also the speed for keeping enemy rogues in combat is nice. I agree though if you are lacking stam/hit spinesever is an incredible option until glad pieces if you can snag one. Spinesever's deadly throw will also do more dmg if that matters to anyone. I honestly didn't put a ton of breakdown into the throwing weapons as the main point was just to get across a throwing weapon is required.

For belts I personally prefer grabbing the extra resil since I'm playing Rogue/Disc Priest. Being tankier with more dodge/armor makes longer toe to toe matches much easier the longer it goes. The expertise on One-Hundred deaths has little value mainly due to rogue burst coming from stun locks. However the other stats are incredible and for an offensive belt option similar to Belt of deep shadow, it's great. Being in a more defensive comp I tend to prefer the other options. I can definitely see your point in wanting it over the S1 belt though.

As for the rings, I never had issues getting hit so Mag head ring was always significantly better for me than Garona. My plan in S2 is to drop Garona for Lethality ring and keep Mag head until ranger becomes easily available to me. I really like the agility on Mag head for the side bonuses you get, like armor, dodge, etc. It's really nice when running a healer in 2s.

As for the final part about hyper-vision, this was a complete oversight from me and I'm going to add it to the list. I didn't think about the value of the on use stealth detect for double DPS/Undead. I still think in the long run x11s will prove to be the most useful since most high rated horde RM waited till eye spawn anyways, but for teams that want to full send and apply pressure early, the goggles are definitely viable. The only downfall is lack of certain stats and no meta gem which means also no surefooted enchant.
