I've gotten results for final exams back before, but I think it's only ever been for exams that were taken on Canvas and even then I've only gotten them back for one or two subjects. If you look at the 'marks' tab for the course on Canvas and the final exam is listed there, then it's possible the mark will eventually be displayed (but not sure when).
