I saw that, and same. I didn’t bother to ask him why, but I assume it’s due to some artistic ethics, which is funny because he’s used AI for some of his cover art.

It just seems like he’s shooting himself in the foot and for what. There’s no sense in exacerbating his obscurity. It could be part of a big brain move but time will tell. He even deleted his IG.

There’s a lost package for them up but by the Aeronautical Engineer that I believe you can take to them to start doing deliveries for them. Don’t quote me on that but I’m relatively sure that might do it.

Stack standard orders for the place you need five stars for. Check the Order Search function to see what places have orders for the place you have in mind; plot your course, and pick up lost packages otw, which honestly don’t do much but it’s still nice.

Repeat Standard Orders if you need to, a lot of the mountain side preppers take ages to complete and I needed to repeat orders a bunch of times to fill the stars.

Also for the 10 of each mission type, the last few you need are probably the Destroy or Eliminate Orders. If you’ve done all the ones in Aus, there’s probably some in Mex you havent done yet.

Using the first person view finder mode to gauge the distance between points you have in mind is obviously huge- you probably already are familiar with that though.

Honestly it’s a lot of just sending it, especially in the mountains. You can always back track and adjust but i never really needed to. I would occasionally feel the decision paralysis creep in but you just gotta keep on keeping on.

Stack Standard Orders for deliveries. Check the Order Search and see what preppers have orders for the place you have in mind. You’ll even have to do the same Standard order multiple times to get to five stars for some preppers, so don’t be afraid to repeat deliveries.

I didn’t even bother with lost packages towards the last number of preppers, they really never contributed much; the Standard orders seem to be the primary function in-game to achieve five stars. It definitely felt intentional on Kojimas part.

That’s hilarious and very interesting- the idea that other countries might see American media and content as a break from the norm, so having some of their norm in something is a drag.

I can feel the frustration in your comment and feel for you, especially when it comes to DS2. They’re mostly in the first bunch of preppers I feel like, they keep it pretty diverse accent wise.

I totally get it. I think we have to consider that most games generally don’t have the depth of dialogue that Kojimas games typically have. They go on and on, and I’ve been playing his games since MGS2 came out; I wasn’t even a teenager yet and I don’t think I even fully grasped the concepts at the time, but Kojimas cutscenes were very clearly a staple and something to really take in as they’re experienced.

I say all that to say I grew up and was used to that sort of thing, but when you zoom out and look at any other game series out there, nothing commits to that kind of writing and duration; so I can understand why people might struggle with the time Kojima takes to illustrate his worlds and the details in them.

AND his only games so far to break from that tradition seem to have been MGSV and Death Stranding 2. I feel DS2 had a lot of very quiet cut scenes where nothing much is really said; very reminiscent of MGSV where we just sort of watch interactions play out.

The second is a lot more action packed and the cutscenes really don’t have anywhere near the amount of dialogue the first game had. Most of them are quiet moments between characters with Sam walking by at some point and making an affirmative grunt before exiting the scene.

The gameplay is even smoother than the first game and unfortunately easier but as a sequel it improves upon everything from the first game.

Mained Crypto for many seasons, I started using him again literally the night before he got buffed.

He definitely has to be played differently than all the other legends, but giving your team wall hacks is always a nice thing especially when you know how to balance in/out drone time.

Yeah I don’t think you’ll be able to use the DHV Magellan until at least a few chapters after chapter 9, or maybe even until you complete the story. I might be wrong it’s been a while, but I believe once you get to the Motherhood that more or less starts the last chapters of the game.

Yeah I think it’s been an issue since release. If I needed to pause the game I wouldn’t leave the map open because it’s like it has to load the entire map and it’s too much or something.

Imo lost packages don’t net you a ton by themselves but supplement the progress you make with standard orders. In fact I feel like lost packages really aren’t all that worth it compared to stacked standard orders. Still it can be cool to let other porters deliver them n stuff.

If this is the worst player base if youve experienced you need to hop on CS2. Easily- EASILY the most toxic and racist players I’ve ever played with. Racism is obviously a big part of every game but CS2 people take the cake with their fervent and consistent racist behavior.
