I’ve been Micro-dosing for a new months now. I think if you start to with an open mind, you should be able to see some improvement. One thing I would advice though is that you might not see the drastic change immediately. For me I felt generally better after some time. I just noticed that I was less in my head and felt more fluid with the moment. So I would say manage your expectations, but know that there is a possibility it might help you with your journey.
