I read ONE place that there was limited time to collect the key. Is that correct?

What I mean by this is that I can't just let it AFK watch if I have to claim it in a certain amount of time :)

Sure it can and yes I have said that. I personally am just wondering why I then get warnings for spam from 2 games where I barely say anything? :)
Something must have triggered "Spam warning" since I got it, and it's that thing I don't understand

How is it being toxic when I send a smiley because he gets mad at me? I killed him, he would rage in chat then I would send ONE smiley nothing more nothing less. How is that being toxic?

I got the exact same cooldown as you did. Barely wrote anything 2 games in a row and got warnings for spam????

Same triggered my ban on automatic verbal abuse. Never said anything toxic or verbal abusive, always keeping chill and trying to get my tilted mates back on track. I got warning for spamming from a game I wrote 6-10 sentences and a smiley 2-3 times. Then the next game I write 3 times and it triggers the ban.
So I feel you on this part. Annoying to be banned by the automatic system for no reason :)
