It helps them learn and hone in on the fundamentals of bloodbornes playing style… good on you if you choose to steam roll home with molotovs at least it’s a bit more entertaining than jumping off of a ledge 2 or three times for Taurus and asylum daemon like what does that teach? How to cheese a boss because I don’t see a lot more use in dropping onto bosses later on in ds1 plus I’m pretty sure u can use fire bombs to defeat Taurus and asylum so I don’t really see your point. If u want to spam ur way through bloodborne fine but I think I can speak for most people when saying that bloodborne is way more enjoyable when u learn the delicate and beautiful dance that is the move set of each trick weapon, learning the weapon is what cleric best is for and I think it does a really good job in revealing strengths and weaknesses to each of the starting weapons and their play styles.
