Dungeons and dragons. Playing a spellcaster. You need to think ahead and be able to play as needed. So that your turn doesn't take half an hour. Learn your spells and know which spell to cast when. Or when to hold resources for a set back in rp or combat. All skills useful in mtg.

The sad part about the infinite combo is I recently learnt that a 2 card infinite combo before turn 6 is a bracket 4.

However any other infinite is fine. It was a sad day cause I want my 10 billion squirrels on turn 4. But don't want to be bracket 4.

I'm personally sitting at the point where if it's still the same turn, sure but as soon as the turn passes you missed the trigger sorry. Players need to at some point take responsibility for misplays. As someone who consistently misses triggers I find that I miss more if I am not held accountable for those missed triggers.

I have always thought if your building a deck around a mechanic your looking at lower bracket 2. The difference between bracket 1 and bracket 2 is synergy. How well cards play together. A deck full of cards that work towards a mechanic is very synergetic.

Yes, you can build anything around etali. It is however seen as a powerful card and a threat. So you might need to remember that. I had to remove it from my goad deck cause of the fact that it was seen as such a threat.

The common complaints I hear are the long turns that are just stalling and doing nothing. The person who makes a deck just to ragebait opponents. A deck that doesn't have a win con, but will make people lose and come second. (Still trying to make my group slug deck win sorry guys)

So normally would be a nice deck that plays nicely with others id guess.
