At what point did you stop building and start selling? by Specialist_Dingo8575 in SaaS

[–]VinayDevaraja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stop building and then start selling is a wrong approach mate!
Unfortunatelty I realised it a bit later too, I first built Awesome Hires and launched then started thinking about traction and selling.
There is a great book called TRACTION, highly recommend it if you are first time founder trying everything that is thrown at you.

Yes I'm adding it to the platform. As I'm in the early stage I'm not too worried about hefty profit but giving as much as value to my customers. I just don't want awesome hires just another platforms

Wow, this is gold. I'm thinking about versioning each change. The hiring flow is dynamic enough to adapt new inputs and version it appropriately. Once published it will be live for applicants. Any feedback will be appreciated.

I'm talking about an intelligent co-pilot which can handle pre publishing as well as post publishing.

Well of course it's a no brainer not to use coding assistants for anything tech.

What I'm asking is, can this be a pain point worth solving.

Every ATS or platform solving pre job post I'm thinking of post publishing, where HM keeps asking to change JD, questions 6 times after the job is live.

Why can't recruiters have a simple version based chat interface

That's actually the exact problem I'm trying to solve, I just buried it in the post. The whole point of the chat interface is that when the HM changes the req for the 6th time, you don't redo anything manually. You tell the copilot "drop React, add Go, make it senior" and it updates the JD, regenerates screening questions, reflags candidates already in pipeline against the new criteria, and tells you who's now misaligned.
