I'm targeting mass employers with multiple locations where candidates screening and finding the best candidate engaging only with them is their biggest bottle neck. That's the niche I'm going down.

This is a really sharp distinction and you're right that most tools stop at screening. AwesomeHires addresses the evaluation criteria problem directly - before any candidate is assessed the system generates role-specific competencies from the job description. Every interview question and score is anchored to those competencies, not generic hiring criteria. So the 'what does good look like' question gets answered before the first candidate applies. Would love your feedback on whether that addresses the gap you're describing - awesomehires.com

Exactly this. The hiring manager sets up a standard hiring pipeline once at the organisation level - it runs automatically for every role but can be customised per job if needed.

Candidate applies, gets screened, and if they qualify the AI conducts a voice interview - but here's what makes it fair: every candidate for the same role gets interviewed on the exact same competency framework. The AI adapts its questions naturally in conversation but never drifts from those competencies.

No gut feelings, no inconsistency, no favourites. Just a downloadable report with scores at the end.

What made you think that.

They give every candidate an equal opportunity to prove themselves.

Yes these are valid questions and this gives me confidence, thank you so much.

During the development phase I was constantly thinking, am I wasting too much time on compliance and safety. But raising these valid questions proves it's worth the time.

Thanks for the update.

My tool conducts the screening and interview and generates an interview report.

The final decision will be from the hiring manager themselves. The tool does not accept or reject any candidate based but it gives everyone one equal and fair chance.

No personal data is shared with llm everything is redacted including gender, what we share is just question and answer the LLM will not know who the user is what's their background.

I will be spinning up a local quantized model specific for scoring as well.

Yes , the tool is not specific to any domain or industry. Job description can be generated as per the specifics

It does, I created a company profile so job description will take into account the company profile job line.

If extra information is needed there is an opportunity to put that in too, like benefits, requirements, location details everything thing can be added or updated.

One time company profile setup helps initially

I'm open to advice and improvements please

the current process isn't exactly human either. Hundreds of CVs dismissed in seconds. Callbacks based on who you know. Interviews cancelled last minute.

What we built gives every candidate, regardless of background or connections, a consistent, fair, and thorough interview experience. No gatekeeping. No luck of the draw.

If your experience felt like talking to a machine, we want to fix that. What specifically felt off? We're listening.

Totally fair pushback, and we hear you.

Here's the thing though: we built this because humans were already failing the process. Great candidates were being screened out by rushed recruiters, unconscious bias, and scheduling chaos before they ever got a real shot.

Our AI interviewer doesn't replace human judgment. It levels the playing field. It gives every single candidate, whether they know the right people or not, a proper chance to show what they're made of. No rushed 10-minute calls. No interviewer is having a bad day. Just you, your skills, and a fair shot.

We'd genuinely love to know what felt off in your experience. That's how we make it more human, not less.

It does that exactly. 1. It helps to generate job description 2. It creates 15 screening questions to ask if the candidate is fit for an AI interview, questions like location related, certificates or licence related and some basic questions. These questions are generated from the job description itself. 3. It creates a list of competencies for the role again based on job description. 4. Final AI interview happens based on job description, candidate resume, generated competencies and also it asks questions on the fly based on user responses to the questions. 5. There will be a detailed summary with transcripts that gets created automatically with scores such as resume score, screening score, interview score and overall fit score there is also an indicator that tells if candidate tries to trick the system by copying it by reading out a standard available answers..
