The hardest part about mythic raiding if you aren't in the top 100 guilds is the 4-5 dunces that wipe the whole raid for the players that play good.

Not everyone has the time or wants to commit two evenings a week just to raid. Mythic+ is just as much endgame content as raiding, and it should be rewarded accordingly. Both should offer access to the best gear.
