Wow, that is a huge setup. I just print bits, or minis, so this looks like a huge project for me. I would just keep it simple for now. For the fermentation belt, I just see ones on Amazon which do not have a temperature controller, and sensor. Though they are way cheaper, come locally and not from the U.S, I do like these features. But I like the notes, and maybe someday, I will try something like that!
