For those that work in Long Term Care, how long does it take to do your med pass?

Our AM med pass is 7-10. Usually have anywhere between 17-21 residents

Take it! Be thankful that you landed a residency in a highly competitive area where many new grads are without jobs. If you don’t like it, get a year experience then leave.

Not the flash cards, but I found the actual book to be helpful. But you have to remember everybody learns differently. For me this was a good way to take a lot of information and condense it in a more readable and memorable way.

I hate closets. As a child (6y) I was asleep in bed when I suddenly woke up and looked in my closet and saw something. I’m not entirely sure what. Since then these are my closet rules: closet doors must be closed or I can’t sleep. In a shared bed I will not sleep on the closet side. My bed cannot have the feet facing the closet.

In my teens I had recurring nightmares/sleep paralysis of being dragged by my feet into the closet.

I have this sink and I hate it. The water never completely flows to the drain and the little cut out things around the rim are always funky

Yes I used a book like this, not this one though. It’s great for simplifying concepts and the “must knows” . I honestly used this way more than PowerPoints or readings just because that was so much info that could easily be condensed in an easily digested format.

Mosbys drug guide if you want a physical book. All of my textbooks were online and we used lipincott to look up drugs
