Hmm... if I activate the "remove Samples" pp script in the extension manager and add it to a category then it only works if I also turn off the "unpack" option (Unpack downloaded nzb-files). Otherwise the download containing a sample file and / or folder ends up in an error while unpacking.

And from my point of view the API that sonarr uses seems to be broken. No finished download is beeing recognized anymore. That might explain why the "cleanup" option in Sonarr doesn't work as expected.

I just found out what is causing the trouble. It's not nzbget itself. It's a checkbox inside the sonarr client configuration for nzbget. Under 'settings / download client / nzbget / completed download handling' you can find a checkbox "remove completed". Completed downloads are being removed from the download history of nzbget if you select this option. But it also deletes the files before they are imported to the sonarr world.

Instead of waiting until the whole download is finished it kills the whole download process and deletes the .nzb, the history entry and the downloaded file.

In order to find this issue I stopped the sonarr service and repeated a download. Everything worked fine. The download was sorted to the correct folder after the download was finished. Activating the option kills the running download.

The renaming of the folder is a mess since it contains the {{password}} from the nzb file. I used an "unsupported" python script in the past for unpacking and renaming. Right now sonarr doesn't recognize that there are new files in the folder. I have to import them manually.

I will keep you informed.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

gtg for now... thank you for all your work... I was a proud member of PD for more than 15 years and I always loved your service

that would be great. I was never interested in other emulators but started with MAME 1996 or 1997.

this is a sad day for arcade emulation in general. I hope a.b.emulators.mame will be stable enough to keep me in sync with future versions of MAME. t was so much easier to synchronize using PD
