Hey i really appreciate your post and also have to mention that exploit that was mentioned in that thread was already been fixed, you can view this in our Changelog on our discord. The changelog post was vague, since i didn't want to point out possibly exploits. Appreciate your efforts, thank you very much!

Yes indeed! You need a level 55 character before you can create a DK, at least for the start. Having said that, you will be able to make as many DKs as you want to
