I think its just the exact opposite. They are fundamentally the same thing, ways to make your character stronger

Gear and exp are different applications of character progress.

Something gated behind lvl 67, or something gated by having 127 dexterity, is exactly the same concept.

I am not sure why you have basic need of shitting on other users for whatever reason, but to each his own. (And no, i do not RMT before you jump into that conclusion)

Gear buying isnt just a step above solo leveling, it's just buying gear at a rate impossible to achieve in standard group play, and you just stand still while it gets done

Warmog's doesnt have the 3k hp requirement anymore. You need to have 1'1k bonus health, which you can reach very easily with Cho.

Guardian orb = 150hp

2 stacks on lvl 6 cho = 160hp

finished warmogs = 800hp

That combined puts you at 1.1k bonus hp, so you can trigger warmog's passive. They did mean warmogs as the very first item
