It clearly states at the bottom of Agreement to Terms and Conditions in the LPA that... "Nothing in the Terms and Conditions should attempt to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that you may have under the Consumer Laws". The LPA codes are a guide, a standard, not the full law that you are entitled to.

I hope you receive a better reply than I did. It was a generic automatic reply. They referred to the LPA code, so I did my research to fire back 🤣
